dawn saldain: Born in England, raised in Southern California, Dawn received her Bachelor Degree in Art from the University of San Bernardino, California. She also attended Otis Art Institute, Los Angeles, California and the American Animation Institute, North Hollywood, California. Dawn worked for Lockheed Aircraft as an Artist/Designer before going on to work for Disney Consumer Products and Disney Stores, also freelancing for Random House Publishing (illustrating Disney Books), Disney publishing, Disney on Ice, Saban Industries, Fox Studios and Warner Bros., Hallmark, Tiltworks, and the Bradford Exchange. Leaving the commercial world of art Dawn now works creating her own work in her studio outside of Flagstaff, Arizona.
